Aileen is not only a steller momma of two but also the owner of The Beachin Bakery. This hard working mom knows a thing or two about living the Ocean City lifestyle!

Aileens Go-To Quality Time activities:

Chris was always into surfing and paddle boarding and this past summer he bought me a SUP and I got HOOKED. The kids absolutely love it! They sit on the front and we paddle them around the bay. It is so calming and relaxing. We also frequent Glazed Over to keep these kids creative. When I am busy at the bakery, I try to include them so I can spend time with them. They love decorating cookies so I always make a few extra so they feel included and know how important they are to me.

Favorite Beach Activities:

These beach bums love jumping waves and building sand castles. They just really got into going up to 21st street (or inlet) to the tide pools and catching tiny crabs. I tried lugging all the games you can think of to the beach, but found if I have a few shovels and buckets these kiddos are happy.

Favorite Date-Night Restaurant:

We really love riding our bikes to Jon and Pattys for dinner. Its nice to always see someone you know and Jon and Patty are super sweet. When we go off island, Chris and I really like Crabby Jacks or Steve and Cookies!

Aileen's Beach Mom Must Have:

So I have to say this - our Taga cargo bike always saves the day. It helps us to lug everything there that we need and get home quickly when its time to go or we reached our limit!

Aileens take on being an OC Mom:

We love it here. It is such a relaxed and small community. Everyone knows everyone and is so friendly. There is so much to do with and for the kids that there truly is never a dull moment.
