Love the creativity and the squishy soft feel of these jellycat amuseables. Blowfish kids was very quick and responsive when I had questions. They were very kind and helpful!

Very good shopping experience

The jellycat rose dragon is, of course, absolutely wonderful. So soft and cute, and such a beautiful color. What I really want to highlight though is the phenomenal customer service experience I had!
They shipped it quickly, and I was confident it would arrive in time for Christmas. The package made it all the way to my local post office, but unfortunately, someone misunderstood the address and sent it back!
I was so disappointed. I had hunted down a small jellycat dragon from various boutiques to give to each of our children as their only Christmas (toy) gifts, and it was now too late to find a replacement.
I reached out to the store just to ensure that it was in fact the post office that misunderstood our address (again- they’ve made this mistake many times in the past). Not only did they confirm that everything had looked good on their side, but they also offered to send another ASAP! It was such a kind offer! I emailed back that I would be happy to cover the shipping and other fees so their store wouldn’t take any hit, but they just requested that I pay it forward!
I’m so grateful for the kindness they showed me, and I love being asked to pay it forward. It’s so thoughtful, and well happily pay it forward to our community!
The dragon arrived in time. It guards my daughter every night in her bed since she received it.
I’ll definitely be supporting this shop in the future due to their generosity and thoughtfulness.
